The Tampa Bay area offers a variety of locations for birthday party fun that are unique, inexpensive and just outright cool for kids.

Each month Gulf Coast Family Publications honors a local family from Pinellas County which exemplifies a love for one another and a compassion for others.

To nominate a family send a photo and a description of what makes them unique to articles@gulfcoastfamily.org.

Each month Gulf Coast Family selects a local team to be honored and to receive special recognition and a pizza party from Joto’s Pizza. Reasons for nomination are varied. A team might have excelled in competition or have a unique story to tell. If you wish to nominate a “Top Team of the Month” please email topteam@gulfcoastfamily.org or drop off your nomination at your local Joto’s Pizzeria.

Need to get away for a day? Come with us each month as we explore some of the great Florida attractions that are only a short drive away. Our close-to-home family adventures will include some of the best things to do and places to visit throughout Florida and they will all be reachable with only a single tank of gas.
