This Chicken Crescent Wreath is an impressive-looking main dish that is a lot of fun to prepare. It is also a sure hit at any Christmas party and while your young ones may not like the onions and peppers, the adults are sure to devour this delicious wreath.

Chicken Wreath

  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 ounces shredded Colby-jack cheese
  • 1 10-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped red pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 6 ounces cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion

  1. Arrange crescent rolls on a 12-inch pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan, and wide ends overlapping.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over wide ends of rolls.
  3. Fold points over filling and tuck under the wide ends.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
